heart

    I'm a big believer in the power of symbols, and the older and simpler the symbol, the more powerful it can be.
    There's probably no symbol older or more powerful than the simple  heart. It means, life, love, passion. Think of how many phrases we use  with the word "heart" or how many songs have been written about the  heart.
    I have attempted to use the heart in ways that take it back from Valentine's Day cards or the dot over an "I." Sometimes what I've done  actually means something; other times I simply think it looks  interesting.
