"Gulf Tiger Fish"
This fella started out life as a large-mouth bass.
He was caught in Bashi Creek in Clarke County, Ala.,
on July 13, 1974 by W.A. Sheppard.
Sheppard's niece, who kept the fish up in her
attic, game him to me.
"I loved my uncle, but I have no idea what to do with
this," she told me.
I knew exactly what to do with it.
And now he is a fierce Gulf of Mexico Tiger Fish.
Of course, there is no such thing, but I felt
like inventing one.
