"Great Egret"
Acrylic paint and beads on a door panel
Graceful shorebirds populate the Gulf Coast
nearly everywhere, but my wife and I
always point them out to each other.
We never get tired of seeing them fly
over the marshes or stand in the shallow
water, looking for food.
Note that the beads are fish and litte gators.
The frogs in each corner came from Mardi Gras beads.
